Residential Support Worker in a New Home Launch!!This provider is opening a brand-new children's home in Greenwich
, and we're looking fordedicated Residential Support Workers
to be part of this exciting new chapter. If you have the skills, heart, and resilience to help build something meaningful from the ground up -- we want to hear from you.What You'll Need:
Level 3 Diploma
in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - Essential*Minimum 1 year's experience
in a children's residential care setting - Essential*DBS on the Update Service
- Required*Strong understanding of
safeguarding
and a basic grasp of relevant regulations Reliability, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young peopleWhat You'll Get:
13.28 per hour +
50 per sleep-in
Full-time hours (40 per week) in a consistent rota Join anewly registered
