Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and resilient Support Worker to join a high-quality children's residential care home.
We are looking for caring and resilient
Residential Support Workers
to join our 3-bed home. You will provide hands-on care, guidance, and support for children withEmotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
.Key Responsibilities
Support young people in daily routines and activities. Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Participate in sleep-ins and on-call duties. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience supporting children or young people. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred. Female applicants preferred.
