We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our Waltham Abbey home. You will provide high-quality care and support to children with EBD, helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered through a therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day care and support for children. Maintain routines and promote positive behaviour. Participate in sleep-ins and on-call duties. Record observations and support care planning.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in children's residential care or SEN settings. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
