Residential Surveyor

to join our team, covering

Fraserburgh and Peterhead

Role & Responsibilities:

Conducting detailed

Home Reports

for a wide range of

residential properties.

Providing mortgage valuation reports for a prestigious portfolio of blue-chip lender clients.

Qualifications & Criteria:

AssocRICS

or M/FRICS qualification. Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) status. Passionate about residential surveying with a methodical and precise approach. A proven track record in managing claims efficiently.

Full UK driving license.
