We are looking for a dynamic individual for our Residential Unit Manager role.
As a Residential Unit Manager, you will oversee/maintain the care of all people within the Care Home and, in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Home delegating tasks as appropriate and monitoring junior staff activity.
This is a real "hands-on" role where you will lead your team to deliver quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will have a natural talent to "hit the ground running" and be an ambassador for our Home. As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out quality audits, the safe management of medication and personal care - all the while, leading by example and constantly monitoring standards.
Your work ethic will be of the highest calibre and a "can do" attitude is essential. You will be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.
A Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable.
In return, you will work in a beautiful Home with ''Good'' CQC rating, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to make our Home outstanding. Uniform and breaks are all paid by Hill Care.
If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our residents and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Residential Unit Manager.
