The opportunity has arisen to extend our team at Sunflower House. We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic residential worker to join our friendly team.



The successful post holder will work within a five bedded short breaks home for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs, aged between 7 to 18 years.



We are looking for someone who will develop and sustain excellent relationships with children and young people and play an active role in their development.



This is a great opportunity to support children and young people with their personal care, communication, social and independence skills and health needs.
