Job Role: Residential Youth Support Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Salary: 26,749.00 - 27,747.00 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential of 29,066.12 - 30,064.12 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of 1,400 per annum).
Homes2Inspire is looking for a Residential Youth Support Worker to join the team at an established residential home in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young people, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare
• Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
• Full UK driving licence
