Duties
Oversee the installation and maintenance of resin bound surfaces, tarmac, kerbs, and paving projects.
Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Conduct regular inspections of completed work to guarantee quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Operate machinery and tools safely while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and efficient execution of tasks.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in construction or a related field, particularly in resin bound surfaces, tarmac, kerbs, or paving.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent maintenance skills for equipment used in the installation process.
Valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job sites.
