We are looking for someone with a knowledge of traditional resin casting, using 2-part polyurethane resins and silicon moulds, to manufacture a variety of miniature buildings, vehicles and figurines.

A working knowledge of the resin casting process is essential for this role, so please only apply if you have experience in this, either in a professional or hobby capacity. We have recently expanded our manufacturing facilities to include resin production and you will be manufacturing a range of products and maintaining stock levels, as well as creating and replacing silicon moulds.

You will need to be able to work on your own and manage your workload efficiently whilst maintaining product quality.

Suitable applicants will be invited to an interview stage where you will need to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of working with resin.

Other skills that would be beneficial but are not vital would include a knowledge of the tabletop gaming hobby, experience with 3D printers, and either traditional or digital model making.

Hours

We are a flexible employer and the days/times of work can be discussed, but we'd be looking for 3 shifts per week of 5-6 hours initially. Hours may increase over time depending on the volume of sales that we see on these product ranges.

We are looking for someone to begin in the first few weeks of January.

Wage

Wages are slightly above minimum wage, so currently 12.50 but due to increase in April 2026.
