TW Civils and Surfacing Ltd is a growing, reputable civil engineering and surfacing contractor delivering high-quality workmanship across residential, commercial, and public sector projects. As demand for our resin services continues to increase, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Resin Bound Layer.
We are seeking an experienced Resin Bound Layer to join our surfacing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing resin bound systems to a high standard, ensuring excellent finish quality and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for resin bound installation, including groundwork, levelling, and edging.
Mix and lay resin bound materials according to company specifications.
Operate required tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail on every project.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and project targets.
Liaise with supervisors and clients when required.
Experience
Previous experience in resin bound or similar surfacing essential.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential depending on location).
CSCS card beneficial but not mandatory.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: 150.00-240.00 per day
