Job Description

We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.

This is a full-time, permanent position, that will be based at our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead. This position will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

Some the key responsibilities include:



Manage The Depositary cases from receipt to final upload, ensuring accurate records, full audit trails, and compliance with internal deadlines. Oversee the Custodial Resolution mailbox, ensuring timely database logging, processing of administration agreements and court documents, and appropriate escalation and filing. Allocate around 100 daily EWC cases to Resolution Executives, prioritising by workload, resources, and KPIs. Manage the resolution@ inbox, directing correspondence to the right teams and maintaining prompt, high-quality responses. Process consent rollback requests in line with policy and legal requirements, ensuring all actions are recorded, communicated, and compliant. Support UAT for new platforms and system updates as part of the department's digital transformation.

To be considered for this opportunity you must:



Be able to process large volumes of electronic information. Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Have experience working with professionals across a range of sectors. Have strong data analysis skills, including the ability to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and present findings clearly. Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
