Job Description

The Resource Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the effective allocation of staff and resources within the recruitment department of a professional services environment. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of workforce planning and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

  • Manage resource scheduling to ensure optimal staff allocation across projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce needs and resolve resource conflicts.
  • Monitor and report on resource utilisation to inform future planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability, assignments, and skill sets.
  • Support recruitment processes by identifying gaps in resource availability.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all resource management activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for resource-related queries within the Human Resources department.

A successful Resource Advisor should have:
  • Experience in resource management or workforce planning within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for scheduling and reporting.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving resource challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
