About the role


As a Resource Coordinator, you will support our Operational Departments to facilitate the effective delivery of logistics and workforce services. Working as part of a team alongside healthcare professionals and administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring resources are coordinated efficiently to meet operational demands across the organisation.

This role is split across our Events, Operations, and Logistics sectors and requires strong organisational ability, excellent communication skills and confidence using IT systems.

You will adopt and uphold the CIPHER Medical core values, contributing to the achievement of our vision and mission.

Key responsibilities



Support Operational Departments in coordinating workforce and logistics requirements Allocate and schedule staff and resources across Events, Operations and Logistics functions Liaise with healthcare professionals, operational teams and administrative staff to ensure service delivery needs are met Maintain accurate records, schedules and databases using internal IT systems Communicate resource availability, changes and updates clearly to stakeholders and staff Assist with planning and coordination for events and operational deployments Respond proactively to last-minute changes and resolve resource-related issues Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant healthcare standards Contribute to continuous improvement of resource coordination processes General office administration

What we're looking for



Essential:

Confident using Microsoft Office Package Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Good interpersonal skills with a confident and professional telephone manner Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when needed Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines References from two previous or current employers
Desirable:

Previous experience in a similar coordination, scheduling or administrative role Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
Interviews will take place from week commencing the 2nd of February
