The Resource Planning Team provides crucial forecasting and insight to support the planning of staffing levels in the UK and offshore that ensure positive customer experience and efficient achievement of our commercial objectives.


Reporting to the Forecasting Manager, the Resource Planning Analyst is a member of the analyst team. They will focus on forecasting demand and driving efficiencies in their allocated sub departments.


In addition, this role plays a part in managing our FTE position against the forecasted demand in the UK and with our offshore partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Able to build / maintain accurate short, medium, and long-term customer demand forecasts across multiple contact channels, departments and sites maintain headcount models to size FTE and cost requirements for processes, volume changes and other material changes to the banks operating practice if required Feed latest demand into the FTE lock process with outsourcing stake holders, supporting the senior analyst Drive operational efficiencies in the contact centre through reviewing and optimising processes and contact approach in BAU and projects. Support data-driven decision-making across the organization

experience in an analytical Resource Planning role Advanced Excel Working knowledge of WFM systems, Genesys/Sales force preferable Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Snowflake) Attention to detail Able to analyse complex problems and data to generate effective solutions for the business Dynamic approach to problem-solving Ability to break down large problems and communicate them to a non-technical audience
