Job Description

Love to Save Energy operates in the grant funded sector, delivering free heating and insulation services to residential customers throughout England and Wales.

This Senior role is key to and responsible for the delivery of our construction projects with installation targets that must be met to succeed. Working closely with other key managers you will, optimise utilisation, support strategic workforce decisions and meet installation targets.

You will have the opportunity to shape processes, introduce tooling, and meet key business goals. Collaboration, curiosity, and a proactive mindset will be key to success.

Responsibilities



- Resource Planning & delivery

Own and manage the construction team and its key delivery.

Maintain visibility of team progress towards targets.

Collaborate with other managers to forecast resource needs for upcoming projects and ensure timely updates to hand projects to the submissions team.

Work closely with our Sales and Front office managers to forecast delivery enabling proactive staffing decisions based on projected demand.

Develop and maintain a centralised resource planning tool or dashboard.

Provide regular reporting on delivery of targets, resource utilisation, capacity planning, and future needs.

- Process Development & Continuous Improvement

Shape and implement scalable processes and tooling to support resource planning.

Drive continuous improvement through feedback and performance reviews.

Develop delivery operations and create strategies.

Experience and qualifications



To perform this job successfully, the Resource Planning and Delivery Manager should have experience with and knowledge of:

-Planning residential heating or insulation projects.

-Talking to and working with Installers to plan and book installations.

-Working with and leading a team with varied skills and experience to meet delivery targets.

-Providing a high quality of service to customers and landlords.

-Capacity and compliance planning to enable delivery targets to be met.

Minimum Qualification



Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field

OR



3+ years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or operations within a professional background.

Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a driven mindset.

Experience working cross-functionally with delivery as a key skill

Technical Skills



Familiarity with project delivery methods and capacity planning models and tools.

Skilled with Excel and reporting tools for resource analytics.

Experience using resource planning and project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
