Resource Planning Manager

to join our dynamic team at the Rugby Hub and help us shape the future of workforce planning in a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics environment.


As our

Resource Planning Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our Hub is always staffed efficiently and effectively. You'll balance operational demands with smart planning, helping us meet productivity and budget goals while supporting our people and partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and maintaining a robust workforce planning infrastructure for all seasons and volumes. Collaborating with operations and third-party providers to align staffing with business needs. Monitoring shift performance, productivity, and service levels -- and taking action when needed. Leading the implementation of a workforce management platform. Producing real-time performance data to support operational excellence. Managing agency labour reconciliation and holiday/sickness cover planning. Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone's aligned. Driving continuous improvement through analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Bring

Advanced Excel skills

to build and manage planning tools. A

Business or Management qualification

. Experience in

warehouse operations

,

forecasting

, and

real-time scheduling

. Knowledge of

Kronos

(a plus!). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
