Resourcing Support Administrator
, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the Resource Manager and ensuring smooth operations at HWDC across the shift.
Duties
Supporting the Resource Manager with daily and shift-based reporting.
Communicating with staff to resolve queries and provide timely updates.
Managing and updating absence records, trackers, and reports.
Monitoring attendance, lateness, and early leavers - and escalating as needed.
Running key reports: Absence, Welcome Back Meetings, G/L Accounts, Variable Pay.
Collecting and updating sign-on sheets and staffing numbers.
Assist in producing shift capacity plans for staffing numbers and producing reports to generate budget details.
Handling staff queries during Window Time (OT, A/L)
Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Attendance
- Monday to Friday 06:24-14:00
About you
From a staff resouring/planning background.
Excellent IT computer skills, especially in Excel, reporting and data analysis.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
