Location: St Helens
Salary: 30k DOE
About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Resourcer or aspiring 360 Recruiter to join a growing team focused on Manufacturing and STEM recruitment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a full 360 role over time, while initially supporting a busy desk with candidate sourcing and account management.
You'll be working with a range of roles including CNC Operators, CAD Designers, Electrical Designers, Maintenance Engineers, and other technical and engineering professionals across manufacturing, tech, robotics, cyber security, energy, and life sciences sectors.
Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and screen candidates across STEM, technical, and engineering disciplines
Manage candidate pipelines for a variety of roles from junior to mid-level
Build relationships with hiring managers and clients, with potential to take on account management
Support business development efforts as required
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within industrial manufacturing, engineering, tech, energy, power, gas, oil, life sciences, or similar sectors
Strong understanding of technical and engineering roles
Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with professionals at all levels
