Resourcing Advisor/co-ordinator

Salary: \xc2\xa325-30,000 + benefits

Location: (remote working ideally East Midlands based)

Due to significant growth and change we are seeking additional resourcing support to work closely with our Talent Acquisition team

The Resourcing Advisor will candidate source, screen and manage the coordination process for our prestigious Clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Managers and our Client\'s Hiring teams to recruit the best-qualified and best-fit candidates for the varied roles we recruit for. The position requires an energetic, digitally creative, and results oriented individual ready to positively influence the growth of our organisation. The role:

  • This role is responsible for the sourcing life cycle, coordination, candidate care and recruitment attraction for junior to middle management roles
  • Explore business needs, source, recruit, identify qualified applicants, and arrange interviews.
  • Consult with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies
  • Conduct active searches of candidates for the designated jobs, while reviewing incoming applicants
  • Build networks and community relationships to attract passive applicants
  • Ensure each applicant\'s progression through the selection process is documented in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct pre-screening/selection of incoming CV\'s.
  • Ensure good communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate processes (schedule meetings/assessments, etc) and give feedback to the candidates.
  • Maintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements and be proactive in achieving the expectations of customers/employees.
  • Ensure that work performed is in accordance with the procedures of HPR, and delivered within a specified timeframe and in line with customer expectations.
The people:
  • Degree educated, or equivalent
  • Proven track record implementing the coordination of talent attraction life-cycle strategies to attract and hire high quality candidates
  • Candidate attraction and resourcing experience gained either In-house or RPO
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology and digital based recruiting techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programs
  • Proficient in skill in candidate screening
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage trusting relationships
  • Self-motivated with a natural leaning towards creating a great service both internally and externally
  • Experience of working remotely
