Dron & Dickson is looking for a Resourcing & Logistics Administrator in Westhill to support our Logistics team in day-to-day operations.
Resourcing and Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Assist and Coordinate all site-based recruitment campaigns from start to finish to meet the organisation's resource requirements.
  • Create and post requirements through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other attraction methods
  • Ensure all candidate communications are timely, accurate, and professionally written.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external governance processes and assist with audits as required.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers for upcoming resource needs.
  • Attend weekly planning and resource meetings, ensuring alignment with project timelines and staffing needs.
  • Routinely update the recruitment database to ensure candidates are easily searchable and relevant lists are maintained.
  • Ensure all candidate data is maintained in accordance with data protection policies.
  • Support recruitment events, including career fairs and company events.
Logistics Administration
  • Work closely with the Resourcing and Logisitics Lead to ensure work scope and trackers are completed
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Maintaining contractor files and ensuring active contractors documents are in date for future roles
  • Coordinate Onboarding and Reinstating Contractor activities to the People and Development Team
  • Liaise with site personnel to provide accurate crew change details and information.
Other
  • To maintain good communications with internal and external clients
  • To take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development of the company's systems and processes
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Resourcing and Logistics Lead
  • Social and business networking is expected

  • Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
