Job description




Work closely with allocated Professions and Directorates to hold robust scoping meetings, ensure the business' recruitment needs are addressed to the highest standard, whilst ensuring the most appropriate attraction and selection solutions are executed.



Manage multiple end to end campaigns at any one time, using multiple channels as required and including advertising roles, devising robust but inclusive selection methods (e.g. assessment centres, adoption of relevant psychometrics, sifting and interview panels) and effective candidate management.



Refine and ensure high quality role profiles reflect the job requirements, are consistent with workforce plan needs and the organisation design, and are meaningful to the candidates



Support the adoption and embedding of employer branding and other project-based responsibilities to meet required deadlines and objectives



Work effectively with wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with the Civil Service Recruitment Code, managed in a fair, equitable way and within key performance indicators

Person specification



Essential Criteria




Solid expertise/capability as a Resourcing Business Partner, demonstrated by proven record of high performance working to targets/KPIs. Ideally within a regulated environment (Lead).



Communicating with impact, demonstrating the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment ensuring compliance with the relevant policies (especially in relation to equality/inclusion & employment law).



Experience of using an applicant tracking system ATS to manage campaigns and enhanced IT skills (including Excel) confident in preparing statistical reporting of recruitment management information.



Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods to create attraction strategies including sourcing, social media and proven ability of introducing effective new routes to market.
