We are currently looking for a dedicated Resourcing Team Manager who embodies these values to join our Operations Team.



As the Resourcing Team Manager, you will be responsible for line managing our team of Resourcing Operations Coordinators.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:




Quality Places:




Ensure all sites are resourced to customer requirements. Ensure customer requirements are reviewed and documented to ensure FGH Security provide a quality service. Ensure customer enquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner and acknowledged within a working day.

Quality People:




Motivate, coach and engage with front-line team members. Motivate and coach the Resourcing Team in their roles, including annual appraisals and weekly reviews. Ensure front line standards are maintained to the organisation's standards. Work with Operations Managers to ensure that team members are scheduled correctly into specialist roles, based on experience and skillset. Ensure performance discussions with team members are recorded and followed up with written communications, specifically highlighting any decisions made, actions to be taken, expectations or consequences.

Exceptional Processes:




Ensure communication and documentation is professional, fits brand guidelines, is of good quality and accuracy, and is reflective of FGH procedures and operations. Engage function owners as required and follow direction of subject matter experts. Where applicable, act as subject matter expert. Ensure documentation consistently meets regulatory standards, passing internal and external audits on the first review. Ensure scheduling requirements are met with target timeframe and communicate weekly updates on positional coverage. Plan transport and travel arrangements for front line team members to festivals, liaise with Stores Manager for vehicle allocation and 3rd party operators for external bookings.

Fortress Financials:




Ensure equipment utilised at events and festivals is returned in good working order, charged for (if applicable) and records of damages are kept. Consult with Head of Events and Festivals prior to purchasing equipment. Keep records of profit and loss and regularly review with the Finance Team.

Trust Score:




Identify opportunities to maintain and increase Trust Score by maximising positive feedback being placed on identified platforms. Support the organisations promotion, with submission of good content for case studies and awards submissions and sharing good news across social media.

Customer Acquisition:




Ensure customer retention and growth through delivery of exceptional service. Conduct reconnaissance as required, and review opportunities with line management.

Requirements/ Qualifications:




SIA Door Supervisor Licence. If you do not already hold an SIA Door Supervisor Licence, you can complete the required training free of charge with FGH Training.
