We're a large, integrated Community Respiratory Specialist Service dedicated to providing expert care to patients across West Hertfordshire. We're expanding & looking for passionate clinical professionals - whether you are new to respiratory care or an experienced clinician ready to reach Advanced Practice level.

We are a high-performing multidisciplinary respiratory team delivering expert specialist care for conditions including COPD, asthma & bronchiectasis across West Hertfordshire, 7 days a week.



This includes essential services such as:

Admission Avoidance & Discharge Schemes: Leading our Hospital at Home & Virtual Hospital services.



Home Oxygen Services:

Conducting assessment and review services.



Direct Patient Care:

Providing expert follow-up clinics & home visits.



Hours:

37.5 hours per week (7-day working pattern, 9 am-5 pm, including weekends).



You will be an integral part of our team, delivering specialist respiratory care across a diverse & exciting range of services:



Hospital at Home / Virtual Hospital



Respiratory Home Visits and Follow-up Clinics



TB Nursing (screening, clinics, home visits)



Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (diagnostics, clinics, and CPAP care)



Non-Invasive Ventilation for COPD (clinics and BiPAP care)



Home Oxygen Assessment & Review



Pulmonary Rehabilitation



Respiratory Physiotherapy
