, based at our 24/7 operations centre in Poole. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to launch a career in risk management, providing essential services to our global clients.

The Role:

As a Response Operations Manager, you will be on the frontline of risk management, responding to emergencies, monitoring global events, and delivering real-time intelligence to safeguard people, assets, and reputations worldwide. Working within a collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our clients by providing timely and actionable advice during critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Response:

Handle emergency calls and provide immediate support, including safety and security advice when required.

Global Threat Monitoring:

Track global events and proactively alert customers to emerging threats that could impact their personnel, assets, or operations.

Advisory and Support:

Deliver customer advice on security-related incidents, travel risks, and operational safety.

Incident Analysis:

Conduct short-term event analysis and prepare pre-travel advisories for global clients.

Crisis Management:

Coordinate responses to crisis events, including emergency evacuations when necessary.

Client Liaison:

Work closely with our clients to manage expectations and deliver operational outcomes in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals seeking an entry-level role within security and risk management. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring candidates who thrive under pressure and can adapt quickly to evolving situations. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in monitoring and mitigating risks, whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience in crisis management.

Essential Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Calm and proactive demeanour, particularly in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an eye for detail. An active interest in global current affairs and security trends. Ability to work independently, often with limited supervision.

Desirable Experience (but not essential):

Prior exposure to intelligence analysis or crisis management. Background in military or police service. A second language. A degree-level qualification.

Key Details:

Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off). Competitive salary and benefits package, including a company pension and private medical insurance. Location: Poole, BH15 1JF - candidates must either commute reliably or be willing to relocate. This is a full-time, permanent position.
