Job Description

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for international markets and technical sales? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to take full ownership of our Water BU product sales across Rest of World (RoW) markets, including the Middle East, South Africa, Caribbean, and South America.


In this role you'll shape strategy, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing network of agents and partners. You'll be the driving force behind our international growth, delivering world-class service and profitable sales.

What you will do

Own the full sales cycle for RoW markets-from enquiry to delivery Provide technical guidance and quotations to customers Build and manage a strong pipeline via our CRM system Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Transport teams Coordinate export documentation and pre-shipment inspections Develop and maintain relationships with agents and partners Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion Deliver sales targets and contribute to strategic planning Present insights and reports to senior leadership Champion compliance, safety, and quality standards

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in international sales, ideally in water, wastewater, or surface water sectors Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior level Cultural awareness, especially in Middle Eastern markets Degree-level education or equivalent desirable but not essential
