Duties

Manage sales strategies, optimise merchandising displays, and implement promotional initiatives to increase revenue.
Coordinate staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team productivity.
Maintain excellent communication with staff, customers, and suppliers to foster positive relationships.
Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Organise training programmes for staff development and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Assist with administrative tasks such as stock control, budgeting, and record keeping.
Requirements
Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, including supervising teams and overseeing operations.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Demonstrable organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative functions.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is highly desirable.
