40,000.00 Per Annum + Service Charge, 40 Hours per Week (5 days)

TAP at Crowne Plaza Leeds is a American influenced Restaurant and Bar at the heart of the hotel.

? Our next-level drinks are crafted to pair perfectly with next-level food - and under the creative direction of our Head Chef, every dish brings something unexpected. Think fresh vibrant flavours all made to order in house.
As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will support and influence the food menu alongside the Head Chef and taking support from Valor's Guest Experience Manager reimagine the drinks offered from Cocktails through to Wine List.
There are opportunities to involve our supply chain with product activations to showcase the skill of our teams as well as the relaxed vibes on offer at TAP.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
