Join our team at The Swan Inn Chiddingfold, a thriving English country pub with 11 boutique rooms, known for its welcoming atmosphere and vibrant setting. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Bar and Waiting Staff. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming customers, taking orders, and serving beverages promptly and accurately.
- Utilize basic maths skills to handle transactions, process payments, and do nightly cash ups.
- Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote specials, drinks, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Experience:
- Must have previous experience in the hospitality industry, we are willing to train candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of culinary practices or experience in a kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
