Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and experienced staff members to join our management and supervisory teams at a number of sites in Gateshead.

Staff at various levels of seniority from general manager to supervisors are required, we'd like to hear from anyone looking to further their career in the hospitality industry.

We'd also like to hear from any bar or wait staff looking for a new position wether part or full time.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the bar staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service.

- Train and develop team members on bar procedures, drink preparation, and customer engagement.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between food and beverage service.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly.

- Create and implement promotional activities to drive sales and attract new customers.

- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the bar's offerings.

Skills:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.

- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff members.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.

- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Proficient in food production and preparation techniques.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
