We are seeking an experienced and dynamic restaurant and Bar supervisor for our Restaurant La Kasia ,Tapas and Cocktails. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant and bar team, when the manager is off. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and train the restaurant and bar team, fostering a positive team environment and promoting excellent service standards.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during peak hours.
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant and bar supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous.
Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage preparation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
