Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. A passion for delivering exceptional service within the culinary industry.
