What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire - Guide and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and a guest-first culture.

• Drive Performance - Maximise revenue, manage costs, and contribute to commercial success.

• Shape Experiences - Be hands-on, ensuring every guest leaves impressed.

• Support Events - Help deliver seamless weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leaders: Experienced in fine dining or 4-star hotel restaurant/bar management

• Rising stars: Assistant Managers/Supervisors ready to step into a senior role

• Commercially savvy with experience in budgeting, cost control, cellar management, and rotas

• Natural people-leader with excellent communication skills
