Duties
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, including upselling menu items where appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, demonstrating effective time management skills.
Handle basic math tasks for order processing and billing accurately.
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving serving or kitchen assistance.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
