Responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming customers and taking their orders
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy
Assist with food preparation, adhering to food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage
Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is desirable
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a team-oriented environment
