Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and manage team dynamics to foster a collaborative environment.

Provide exceptional service to guests, enhancing their dining experience through attentive hospitality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.

Train new staff members in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service expectations.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food safety regulations.
Supervising experience with a focus on team management is preferred.
Familiarity with barista duties or hotel operations would be advantageous.
