Support the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management and service delivery. Lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance feedback. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality. Help drive sales, manage stock, and contribute to business growth.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. A hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and efficiency. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and busy brunch hours. Passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences.
