Support the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management and service delivery.
Lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance feedback.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
Help drive sales, manage stock, and contribute to business growth.

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality.
