We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Rustico Lewes. In this pivotal role, you will support the restaurant's operations and contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will help maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Oversee staff performance and provide training to enhance service skills. Maintain inventory control and manage food preparation processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improvement. Support financial management through budgeting and cost control. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, POS systems, and inventory control

Excellent leadership skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to train and develop staff effectively. Familiarity with health regulations and food safety practices. Strong communication skills to engage with both staff and customers.
