```Duties```
- Support GM in the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the restaurant
- Be able to run own shifts
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in management, at least 2 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and supervise others
- Excellent hospitality skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
