Assistant Manager

to help lead the daily operations, manage the floor, support with admin, and maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Managers in running smooth day-to-day operations. Lead front-of-house service, ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times. Handle essential administrative duties, including HR tasks, payroll coordination, and takeaway platform oversight. Take part in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new team members. Keep accurate records and support financial oversight of the site. Manage stock control and supplier ordering. Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Motivate and support the team to achieve service excellence.

Requirements:

At least 2 years in a similar hospitality management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team. Confident in handling admin, rotas, and basic HR. Familiar with MS Word and Excel. Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities. Clear, confident communicator with a hands-on approach. Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of a rota. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.

What We Offer:
