The role of Assistant Manager in the Gallery Restaurant

The Assistant Manager is part of a team looking after the service of afternoon tea and dinner in the Gallery Restaurant.

The role is hands on and requires to operate the service alongside the rest of the service team and management while training and developing them. Part of the role is to conduct other management administrative and stock control tasks but the main focus is the guest experience above all.
