Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Manage team schedules, delegating tasks efficiently to meet service standards. Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety regulations. Lead by example in providing excellent hospitality and resolving customer concerns. Implement and uphold restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Supervising experience Team management skills Restaurant or culinary background Strong leadership abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations Experience in hospitality industry Premium skills in food preparation and bartending Relevant experience in food production and kitchen operations Hotel or barista experience is a plus
