Assist with budgeting tasks and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas for a safe and inviting environment.
Participate in interviewing potential new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food establishments; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
Familiarity with POS systems for sales processing and cash handling.
Demonstrated skills in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
