Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment while adhering to food safety regulations
Oversee food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and support
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement new culinary concepts
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential
Culinary experience with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required
Experience in team management, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others
Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous
Previous kitchen or hotel experience will be considered an asset
