Job Summary

Thursday to Sunday working week (4 days). We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As part of our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. 12.21 base hourly rate with excellent tips.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and attending to their needs. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy service periods. Support team members in various roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
