Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers whilst working in all areas, and assisting them with their orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Assist in food preparation and presentation ,on all server counters adhering to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure smooth operations of your department.

Requirements

Do you have that great smile, and enjoy working within a team, Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in serving or kitchen roles. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Basic math skills required for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Training for departments will be provided. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
