Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clarity in communication. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen spaces. Provide excellent guest services, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Handle basic maths for processing payments and managing transactions.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively. Basic culinary knowledge to assist in food preparation tasks. Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Proficient in basic maths for order processing and billing. Experience in guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.22-13.32 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
