Job Title: Restaurant Manager - 5 Star London Hotel
Salary: Up to45,000 + service charge
Location: London
Do you have fine dining experience and would like to work in a 5* hotel in London? We are looking a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service. My client is looking for someone who has a background in fine dining and luxury hotels or restaurants.

- Luxury 5* Boutique Hotel

- Independent hotel group
- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Ensure that a 5* service is provided
- Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
- Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
- Report to the F&B Director
- Previous experience working in a 5* hotel or restaurant
- Fine dining experience a must
- A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Well organised with an eye for detail
- A born leader with excellent communication skills
