Merchants of Edinburgh Golf Club is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our clubhouse operations. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scotland's most respected private golf clubs, with a reputation for quality, tradition, and outstanding member service.

We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, marketing flair, and the leadership to train and inspire a team.

The Role:

You'll take charge of all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service across our bar, restaurant, and event spaces. You'll also lead marketing efforts for F&B promotions and manage the club's F&B presence across digital and social channels.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage or Hospitality management role Marketing and social media experience essential -- you'll actively promote our offerings and events Strong leadership and team training skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Hospitality-related degree or equivalent (preferred) Passion for service and attention to detail Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
