We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee our bustling Restaurant and Bar at Delta Hotels, by Marriott Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and team management.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
Assists Management as needed with annual Quality audit.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team effectively
Proficiency in food production, bar tending, and food preparation
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Understands the brand's service culture.
Previous experience in hospitality industry is advantageous
