We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our New Forest Collection team. As the Restaurant & Bar Manager at Bartley Lodge Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Restaurant & Bar operations, including managing a team of food and beverage assistants and supervisors. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of Food and Beverage Assistants and Supervisors
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Manage budgets for Restaurant & Bar operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee the scheduling of staff
Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
Ensure that all Restaurant & Bar offerings meet or exceed guest expectations

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Experience with inventory management and budgeting
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of health and safety regulations
